One post is one piece of content on one network: the same update on three networks uses three posts. Limits are shared by every brand in your company. Shilling amounts use today's exchange rate and are what M-Pesa or your card is charged. Prices may change; a change never affects time you have already paid for.
Getting started
Accounts are by invitation while we run our pilot, so there is no sign-up form. This is how a company gets in:
Tell us about your company and channels through the contact form. We reply within one working day.
On a short call we set up your company's workspace and invite its owner by email. The owner then invites the rest of the team.
The trial starts when your workspace is created. No payment is needed. Afterwards, stay on Free or choose a plan.
How billing works
Once we have set up your workspace, your company gets a 7-day trial. No card or M-Pesa payment is needed to begin.
Plans are monthly. For a launch or an event, a Campaign Pass buys a plan for 14 days instead. Paying again for the same plan adds time after the current period.
Payments go through Paystack's checkout. Published prices are in US dollars and charged in Kenyan shillings at the exchange rate shown at checkout. Pilot prices are agreed with you before you pay.
M-Pesa payments never renew. Saving a card and renewing automatically are two separate choices at checkout, both off unless the owner ticks them. A saved card is never charged unless auto-renew is also on. The owner can turn auto-renew off or remove the card at any time.
When paid time runs out, the company moves to the Free plan by itself. Nothing is deleted because a payment ended.
Each plan sets limits on posts, networks, storage and AI drafts. Brands and team members are limited only where a plan shows a number; “Unlimited” means no cap. The app tells you before you reach a limit.
Questions
One post is one piece of content published to one network. Sending the same update to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn uses three posts. A post counts on the day it is scheduled for, or the day it goes out, and drafts don't count until they are scheduled.
Yes. Post, network, storage and AI draft limits belong to the company, and every brand in it shares them. If you run two companies as separate workspaces, each has its own plan and limits.
Accounts are by invitation while we run our pilot. Request access through the contact form; we set up a workspace for your company with a short onboarding call and invite its owner. The 7-day trial starts when the workspace is created.
Kenyan shillings, because M-Pesa only takes shillings. Plans are listed in US dollars with the shilling amount beside them, using today's exchange rate.
Yes. Buying a different plan starts it at once. Buying the same plan again adds a period after the current one.
Yes, in the cases set out in our billing and refund policy, such as a payment taken twice or a charge you did not authorise.
