Cookie policy
Last updated 4 November 2026
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Brand Autopilot uses only cookies that the service needs to work and to keep your account secure. We use no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies, so there is nothing to opt in to or out of.
The cookies we set
| Cookie | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
ba.session_token and other ba.* sign-in cookies | Keep you signed in and protect two-step verification. | Up to 12 hours |
ba_tenant | Remember which of your companies you last worked in. Checked against your memberships every time. | 30 days |
ba_theme | Remember light or dark mode. | 1 year |
ba_tz | Show times in your timezone. | 1 year |
ba_meta_oauth, ba_linkedin_oauth, ba_tiktok_oauth, ba_youtube_oauth | Protect the step where you connect a social account, so nobody can connect an account to your workspace without you. | 10 minutes |
All of them are first-party, sent only to our own site, and marked so that scripts on the page cannot read them. On the live site they are sent only over encrypted connections.
Other sites
When you pay, you go to Paystack's checkout, and when you connect an account, you sign in on the network's own site. Those sites set their own cookies under their own policies.
Your choices
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookies, you will not be able to sign in. The public pages work without any cookies.
