How it works

From a blank page to a published week

Eight steps, most of which you do once. After set-up, a normal week is: look at the plan, check the drafts, approve, and let it publish.

  1. Step 1: BlueprintYour brand's voice, written down
  2. Step 2: BriefAn idea, or the weekly plan
  3. Step 3: DraftA version for each network
  4. Step 4: ReviewA person approves it
  5. Step 5: ScheduleOn the shared calendar
  6. Step 6: PublishThrough official APIs
  1. Set up each company

We open a workspace for your company and invite its owner, who invites the rest of the team. Add the website and social handles, and we draft a short company profile from the web for the owner to check and save.

    • Each company is its own isolated workspace
    • The owner invites people by email and gives each a role
    • The 7-day free trial starts when the workspace is created
  2. Write the Brand Blueprint

Answer a short interview, or let it read your website, brand documents and past posts. It drafts a blueprint you edit and approve.

    • Voice, audiences, pillars and goals
    • Words and claims to avoid
    • Versioned, so changes are visible
  3. Connect your channels

Sign in to each network with its own sign-in: Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn Pages, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, WordPress or Ghost.

    • No passwords are shared with us
    • Tokens are sealed for the publisher
    • Disconnect any time
  4. Plan the week

Claude suggests a week of post ideas from each brand's pillars and goals. Keep the ones you like and move them around the calendar.

    • Month and list views
    • Every brand in one calendar
    • Your own timezone
  5. Write, or let Claude draft

Start from an AI draft or write your own. Upload photos and videos, crop and trim them for each network, and add your watermark.

    • A version for each network
    • Live previews as you type
    • Checks before review
  6. Approve

A teammate reviews the exact text and media and approves it, or asks for changes. A second person approves every post, unless your company's owner chooses otherwise.

    • Approval tied to the exact text
    • Notes stay with the post
    • Every decision audited
  7. Publish on time

Approved posts go out at their time through each network's official API. If a network refuses one, you see why and can fix it.

    • Retries when a network is briefly down
    • Clear reasons when a post fails
    • Fair sending across companies
  8. Answer and learn

Comments come into one inbox. Engagement numbers come back for each post, and a weekly growth brief suggests what to do next.

    • Replies written by people or drafted by AI
    • Likes, reach and views
    • Weekly brief by email if you want it
