Channels / WordPress and Ghost

WordPress and Ghost blogs

Publish approved articles to your brand's own blog, so your website grows alongside your social channels.

What you can publish

  • Articles with a title, headed sections and up to 10 images

Writing and editing

  • Drafts written as articles: a title line, a short introduction, headed sections and a closing call to action
  • Images are uploaded to your blog's own media library before the article goes live

After it goes out

  • The article appears on your blog at the scheduled time

Not in Brand Autopilot yet

  • Video in articles
  • Reading blog comments into the inbox
  • Reading visitor numbers back

Rules set by WordPress and Ghost

  • WordPress needs an application password and Ghost an Admin API key, created by a site administrator

Connecting

How the account is connected

WordPress connects with an application password and Ghost with an Admin API key, both sealed so only the publisher can use them.

Every post is approved by a person before it is sent, and you can disconnect the account in Channels at any time, which deletes its stored tokens. See Security and Data deletion.
