Acceptable use policy
Last updated 4 November 2026
Brand Autopilot publishes under your brand, to real audiences, on networks with their own rules. This policy sets out what you may not do with it. It is part of our terms of service and applies to everyone in a workspace.
Content you may not publish
- Anything illegal in Kenya or where it will be seen, or that encourages illegal acts.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that targets people for who they are.
- Sexual content involving minors, in any form, ever. We report it to the authorities.
- False or misleading claims, fake reviews or testimonials, impersonation of people or brands, or undisclosed paid promotion.
- Material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
- Other people's personal data without a lawful reason, including posting private contact details.
- Scams, phishing, malware, or links meant to trick people.
- Content a connected network does not allow under its own rules.
Messaging and engagement
- Send WhatsApp messages only to people who opted in to hear from your business, keep a record of that opt-in, and honour every opt-out.
- Do not use the service for spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or to buy, sell or fake followers, likes, views or comments.
- Do not use automatic comment replies to deceive people, for example by pretending to be a named person.
- Disclose promotional and branded content where a network or the law requires it.
Using the service itself
- Do not try to reach another company's workspace or data, or someone else's account.
- Do not probe, scan or test the service for weaknesses without our written permission. To report a problem, see Security.
- Do not overload the service, get around plan limits or rate limits, or use it to run automated scraping.
- Do not resell or give others access to the service outside your workspace without our agreement.
- Do not try to make the AI produce content this policy forbids, or to bypass its checks.
What happens if this policy is broken
We may remove content from a schedule, pause automatic replies, disconnect a channel, or suspend an account or workspace, depending on how serious the problem is. Where we can, we tell the owner first and give them a chance to put it right. Serious or repeated breaches may end the service, and we report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires it.
Reporting misuse
If you see Brand Autopilot being used against this policy, email privacy@utawaziea.com with links or screenshots. We look at every report.
